Crixella and Skyler’s Wedding at the Historic Mishler Theatre

We’ve photographed weddings in so many unique and interesting places over the years, but this was our first one at a theater. It was in the beautiful Mishler Theatre, with its stained glass windows and ornate paintings on the ceilings, that Crixella and Skyler made things official! 

The day was a whirlwind of stage lights, grand entrances (Skyler actually rose up from beneath the stage), and so many moments of joy and laughter. This was our first ever wedding with a lighting crew—a photographer’s dream! It’s so fun to know that even after years in the business, we still have some “firsts” ahead of us. After the gorgeous ceremony, the party continued across the street at The Columns Banquet Center, where the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away.
