Luke and Autumn’s Adventure Elopement at Ricketts Glen State Park

When Luke and Autumn reached out to us about shooting an adventure elopement in Ricketts Glen State Park, we couldn’t have been more excited. Back when Levi and I had just started dating, one of the first day trips we had ever planned together was to the famous waterfall loop within the park. Memories of steep climbs and breathtaking view after view came flooding back to me. We knew these were our kind of people.

The day we spent with Luke and Autumn was filled with tall trees, creek crossings, and lots of laughs. When we finally reached the main waterfall, they ventured out onto a rock in the middle of the creek to share their vows beneath the roar of running water. No guests to accommodate, no schedule to keep, just the promise to love each other for a lifetime witnessed by the raw beauty of nature.

On the hike back we stopped at a clearing for them to cut their cake and share their first dance. It was so moving to see these two sway among the tall trees and share this special moment in such a special place. It’s days like this that make us truly love what we do. ❤
